Dushan Cogeneration project
The project includes 2 × 150MW generator of power plant, 16 × 16500KVA submerged arc furnace of smelting plant, fine chemical product workshop, exhaust fumes power plant and electrolytic manganese plant. The total investment of power plant & smelting plant is 1.895 billion CNY.
In Jun. 2013, Dushan Jinmeng Annual output has 500,000 tons of new manganese material. The cogeneration 2 × 150MW power plant got the preliminary work approval by Development & Reform Commission of Guizhou. [Approval Number: Guizhou Development and Reform Energy (2013) 1063] The construction scale is 2 X 480 T/h Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler + 2 X 150MW Turbine Generator Set, with a project construction investment of 1.212 billion CNY. The project will supply 2.52 billion kilowatt-hours of power for smelting workshop annually. The average annual output value of the project (tax included) is 1.2 billion CNY.
Dushan Jinmeng annual output reaches 500,000 tons of new manganese materials. The cogeneration plant constructed 16 X 16,500 KVA submerged arc furnace. December 22, 2014 Dushan Jinmeng obtained the Reply from Province Environmental Protection Agency of Guizhou, which one is about evaluating the Report on Environmental Impact of this Project. [Approval Number: Guizhou Development and Reform Energy (2014) No.123] December 31, 2014 Dushan Jinmeng obtained approval from Guizhou Provincial Development & Reform Commission for this project. [Approval Number: Guizhou Development & Reform Energy (2014) No. 2381] As the end of 2015, Dushan Cogeneration Project has completed a total investment of 850 million CNY in fixed assets.
